The secret to this blissful campfire treat on the barbecue is to wrap the little sandwiches in foil to grill long and slow. Thin chocolate bars melt most reliably.

8 oatmeal cookies
2 bars (18 g each) milk chocolate
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Preparation:
Cut 4-foot (1.2 m) piece of heavy-duty foil; fold in half. Arrange 4 of the cookies on 1 side of foil. Break chocolate bars in half; place 1 half on each cookie. Top with marshmallows and remaining cookies. Fold foil over; fold in sides and seal to form packet.
Place on grill over medium-low heat; close lid and grill, turning once, until chocolate and marshmallows are melted, 15 to 20 minutes.
