Mint and tangerines make this pleasingly refreshing. You'll find tangerine juice in the refrigerated section of the supermarket. Chill all juices and wine before pouring them into the bowl.
Ingredients
- 3 cups tangerine juice 3 3cups cupstangerine juice
- 2 cups white grape juice 2 2cups cupswhite grape juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 1/4cup cuplemon juice
- 2 bottles (each 750 mL) sparkling white wine 2 2bottles (each 750 mL) bottles (each 750 mL)sparkling white wine or ginger ale
- 2 tangerines , sliced2 2tangerinetangerines or small oranges, sliced
- 1/4 cup mint leaves 1/4 1/4cup cupmint leafmint leaves
Preparation
In punch bowl, combine tangerine juice, white grape juice and lemon juice; stir in wine. Float tangerine slices and mint leaves on punch.
