Strawberry Rum Punch

Fruity and smooth, this drink makes a pretty-in-pink glass. You could also use white or amber rum instead. For a delicious nonalcoholic Strawberry Punch, replace the rum with water.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 2cupshulled strawberrystrawberries
  • 2 cups 2cupspeeled pineapple
  • 2 cups 2cupsice cubes
  • 6 oz 6ozcoconut rum or Pineapple rum
  • 1/4 cup 1/4cupfrozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 tbsp 2tbspinstant dissolving (fruit/berry) sugar or icing sugar

Preparation

In blender, pulse together strawberries, pineapple, ice cubes, rum, orange juice concentrate and sugar until ice breaks down.

Blend on high until smooth and slushy. Pour into pitcher.
