Fruity and smooth, this drink makes a pretty-in-pink glass. You could also use white or amber rum instead. For a delicious nonalcoholic Strawberry Punch, replace the rum with water.

2 cups (500 mL) hulled strawberries
2 cups (500 mL) cubed peeled pineapple
2 cups (500 mL) ice cubes
6 oz (180 mL) coconut rum or pineapple rum
1/4 cup (50 mL) frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tbsp (25 mL) instant dissolving (fruit/berry) sugar or icing sugar
Preparation:
In blender, pulse together strawberries, pineapple, ice cubes, rum, orange juice concentrate and sugar until ice breaks down.
Blend on high until smooth and slushy. Pour into pitcher.
