  • 2/3 cup 2/3cuptahinitahini
  • 1/3 cup 1/3cuplemon juice
  • 1 1clove garliccloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp 3tbspminced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2tspsweet paprika
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tspcayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tspground cumin

In small bowl, combine tahini, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt, paprika, cayenne and cumin. Slowly mix in 1/4 cup (50 mL) cold water until thick pouring consistency, thinning with more water if desired.
