Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup tahini 2/3 cup tahini
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic , minced1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp minced fresh parsley 3 tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin 1/4 tsp ground cumin

Preparation

In small bowl, combine tahini, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt, paprika, cayenne and cumin. Slowly mix in 1/4 cup (50 mL) cold water until thick pouring consistency, thinning with more water if desired.
