Tea Sandwich recipe: Tuna Olive Salad

Tested Till Perfect

Servings: 1-2/3 cups (400 mL)

Ingredients:

    2 cans (each 170 g) chunk white tuna, drained
    1/3 cup (75 mL) light mayonnaise
    1/4 cup (50 mL) finely chopped celery
    2 tbsp (25 mL) finely chopped black olives
    1 green onion, finely chopped
    pinch pepper

Preparation:

In bowl, break up tuna with fork until fine. Stir in mayonnaise, celery, olives, green onion and pepper.
