Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups pineapples or orange juice
  • 2 cups frozen mixed tropical fruit

Preparation

Peel banana and break up into chunks; place in blender. Add pineapple juice and frozen tropical fruit; purée until smooth.

Variation
Creamy Tropical Smoothie: Omit 1 cup (250 mL) of the pineapple juice. Add 1 cup (250 mL) plain or flavoured yogurt.
