There's no cutting board required for this smoothie — just blend three simple ingredients for a breakfast on the go.
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 cups pineapples or orange juice
- 2 cups frozen mixed tropical fruit
Preparation
Peel banana and break up into chunks; place in blender. Add pineapple juice and frozen tropical fruit; purée until smooth.

Variation
Creamy Tropical Smoothie: Omit 1 cup (250 mL) of the pineapple juice. Add 1 cup (250 mL) plain or flavoured yogurt.
