Spinach & Apple Salad with Blue Cheese

Method

In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard and honey until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. (Make-ahead: Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 3 days.)

In large bowl, add spinach, celery, apples, pecans and cranberries. Sprinkle with blue cheese and drizzle with dressing. Toss to coat well. Serve with remaining dressing.
