Using loop for holding and hanging it by, dip pinecone into paint mixture, then hang; let dry for 24 hours. (If painted pinecones close as they dry, set in sunny or warm dry place for about 12 hours or until scales open.)
2. If desired, trim edge of card with scissors. With marker, draw decorative border on card and write name.
