Method

Pour maple cream liqueur and gin into glass tea cup. Add Earl Gray tea, stirring gently with spoon.

Top with generous dollop of Orange Whipped Cream and garnish with dried orange slice.

 

 

Orange Whipped Cream In bowl, using electric mixer on high speed, whip 1/2 cup 35% whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add 1 tsp granulated sugar and 1/2 tsp orange flavoured liqueur (such as Grand Marnier) Whip until stiff peaks form. Makes 1/2 cup.
