I wanted to have something to bring to parties that was delicious, easy to prepare, and could be made ahead of time and frozen. This recipe is wonderful, and can be used for both casual events and more formal gatherings. Offering a variety of dipping sauces can make these tidbits a special treat, or just serving them warm on their own with a hearty chili and crusty bread will please any guests you are entertaining.
You'll be the hero of the holidays with this rich and welcoming cheesy dip. Serve with crudités, salami and/or tortilla chips.
This colourful vegetable lasagna will delight vegetarian guests — and even the most dedicated meat eaters, too — with its rich flavours. You can save time by using 4 cups (1 L) of store-bought pasta sauce instead of making the tomato sauce.
This recipe is a bit labour-intensive, but it makes two pans – one to eat tonight and another that freezes beautifully for another time.
