This homemade gourmet pizza takes almost no time to prepare, making it so much better than takeout. The best part is that you can customize it by trying out different barbecue sauces.
We make this every Christmas Eve day, leave overnight in the fridge for the flavours to "marry", and pop in the oven in the morning right before we start opening presents. By the time we're done our ooh-ing and ahh-ing over presents, we start to ooh and ahh over this breakfast!
All it takes is a tray of artfully arranged veggies and a little creativity to make the prettiest edible Christmas tree around.
