We love cheese and spicy flavours together. I decided to make a pie that could be served at any meal using our favourite cheddar and spicy sausages.
Tender artichokes and tangy sun-dried tomatoes add texture and flavour to mild tilapia fillets.
While you wait for the water to come to a boil, chop, dice and slice and you will be ready to assemble as soon as the pasta is cooked.
You need a long piece of pork loin. Using a narrow long knife make a hole throug the meat from one end to the other one. While you keep the knife inside you can gently make that hole a little bit bigger by cutting the edges. Rub the meat with salt and dry rosemary. Leave in cold place for 2-3 hours or overnight.
